Shipping & Returns Our Returns and Refund Policy Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods with the exception of, edible items and personalised products. Therefore, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all of our products except, edible items, personalised products and special order items. Special order items are products that are a non-stocked item that we order in specifically for an individual customer. Please note that, edible items, personalised products and special order items are non-returnable and exchanges or refunds will not be authorised on these type of items unless faulty or damaged. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer care team either through our contact page or email at favourfavors@live.co.uk within 7 working days of receipt of the goods if you require a refund or 28 days of receipt of goods for an exchange, so we can authorise your return. Please note that all returns must be authorised and sent back to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods for a refund or 28 days of receipt of the goods for an exchange, unused, in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. When returning your items, please make sure to include the original invoice otherwise your returns procedure may be delayed. We advise that you return your items on a Recorded Delivery service that requires a signature for proof of delivery as we will not accept any responsibility for items that get lost in the post or undelivered. It is your responsibility to ensure items are safely returned to us within the required period. It is your responsibility for the cost of returning the goods (unless goods are faulty or damaged in which case we will collect by our courier). Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed once we've received your goods. Ordering Personalised Items We will print your personalised items exactly as you enter them when you place your order. It is not the responsibility of Favourfavors to correct spellings, add punctuation or insert capital letters. Please ensure that you enter any text as you wish it to appear on your personalised item. Please note that we are unable to accept any cancellations on personalised items. All orders for personalised items are final. Personalised items normally take up to 28 working days depending on the item that is being personalised.
